2. The Site is information, not advice
Content on the Site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute security, legal, regulatory or professional advice, and does not create a professional engagement. Advice is provided only under a written engagement concluded with us, on its own terms.
3. No engagement by enquiry
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation or corresponding with us does not, by itself, create a client relationship. An engagement exists only once its scope and terms have been agreed in writing.
4. Acceptable use
- You may not use the Site unlawfully, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it or interfere with anyone else's use.
- You may not attempt unauthorised access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any connected systems. Given our line of work, attempts are noticed.
- You may not scrape, harvest or republish Site content at scale without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, the Stratafort Cyber name and marks — are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site; any other reproduction or use requires our prior written consent.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, messaging or form-processing providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We aim for high availability but do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects the terms of any written engagement, which govern professional services.
9. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
